IRREPARABLE... THE RELATIONSHIP AND THE VEHICLE I purchased a vehicle on 11/29/25, did the test drive and looked underneath the vehicle. The interior was in good condition. Although the vehicle was advertised as keyless entry, it did NOT have it. A paint job was touted as new on the outside; however, it was discovered within days of the sale, that a paint job had masked irreparable damage underneath. Even still, the dealer stated the ad mentioned 'structural damage'. An independent body shop provided photos and would NOT provide an estimate for repairs due to the condition underneath. Let that sink in. A repair service in business to make money did NOT want this job for there was too much rust and corrosion underneath AND these areas had been painted over. A body filler had been used to fill in holes and UNDERCOATED. From the front end to the back end of the vehicle. At the time I had looked underneath and did not 'see' any damage, there is the reason for that. I met with an employee, Terrance Campbell, during the sales process. He was helpful during the sale even promised a remote key would be delivered but it never arrived. However, when I called the dealership on the third day from the purchase to discuss my concerns of the condition of the vehicle underneath, I was referred to the ad and its disclosures. Oh, the same ad where keyless entry was promoted, yet the vehicle did not have it at all. That same ad. RIGHT! I am writing this to warn other potential buyers. Take the vehicle to a mechanic who you know before purchasing anything. While a vehicle may be safe to drive, any future repairs could not be an option due to the condition of the vehicle.

We bought our youngest son’s first car here just a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. After seeing 8-9 cars through FB marketplace we were feeling discouraged.
