Would give 0 stars if i could. Sold my fiance a truck with MOTOR ISSUES. Said it was the best pick on the lot and because her father bought from them and had good luck with his vehicles she went with them. Definitely would not recommend this buy here pay here.
My personal experience with Advanced Auto Sales was honestly better than I expected. The vehicle I purchased from them was over all a decent running vehicle, very overpriced for sure. The staff located at the Southside location were very friendly compared to the others especially the Pendleton Pike location. One of my sisters purchased a car from that location and had many problems with her vehicle and would get her car repossessed after 1/2 days of being late ( happened to her twice) my oldest sister purchase a vehicle from the one located on the south side where I got mine from after putting $1700 down, which was her sales tax included with down payment. She had her vehicle for two weeks when driving on the highway. Her whole transmission literally fell out of her vehicle, and her car caught on fire in the middle of the highway. Very dangerous situation now although I do understand it is a buy here pay here after she called and spoke with the staff. The only option that was given was she can have the vehicle towed to them at her cost so she wouldn’t have to be placed under a repossession on her credit or they could pick the vehicle up and place it as a repo on her credit no other options we’re giving at all! I think overall, you just have to be careful and mindful while dealing with these type of places as they are a buy here pay here and they literally just buy their vehicles from the auction and resell them under lease making 3 to 5 times the amount that they paid for the vehicle.
Under no circumstances come to this lot unless u want to spend more mechanic work then payments. I had my truck since June. And its been in and out the shop since. It even broke down the same day i was trying to be cute in my new truck. The embrassment of sitting on the side of the road with fresh dealer tags. I WILL SAY THEY FIX THAT ONE AND ONLY THING TO GET IT BACK STARTED, BUT IT WAS STILL HELL FROM THERE. SMH. The cars may look good on the outside but are lemons. And the vehicles are not worth no where near what they want u to take a loan out for. This carlot is trash..
When I went to do a clean out on my car because I got a new one and didn’t want it anymore they stole my brand new gold 14k chain worth 2,000 out my car and all they said to me was we gave u everything in there
I got a car from here in September it broke down in a week & I asked them nicely could they look at it & they said it’s sold as is and they can’t see what’s wrong with it! Yes I did make threats after the fact they was very rude about it saying it’s not their fault etc! I lost $1200 that week, went to victory lane cars and trucks this past week with the same requirements & sold as is I seen a problem wrong w the car and they checked it immediately the next day and try to help the best they can! I recommend them. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever gotten a car from DO NOT GO HERE!
