They are getting better, at least this time they didn’t try to upsell me on a fuel additive for an electric vehicle. This time I came in for a scheduled maintenance and the report was confusing under Additional Service Recommendations a Multi Point Inspection was needed, I thought that was a default item on every service call and it was a line item on the bill. My real complaint for this visit was the service was completed and the service report was completed at 3:30pm I was told and that they were waiting for a car wash. I explained to the service rep that the car was already washed less than an hour before I arrived for service. The service rep acted like the car wash would only take a couple minutes. An HOUR (4:32pm) the car wash would ready for me. They should have told me the wait time for the car wash or taken the car out of the wash queue when I told them it was not needed/wanted it asked for. I understand that it is a nice free service to provide, but to add an extra hour to a service call without notifying the owner is a ridiculous. Needless to say I was late, in fact had to cancel my plans for after the car service.
