Brought my Jeep in for maintenance and had a great experience. The service was fast, and everyone treated me like I’ve been coming there for years. The whole place has a really friendly, family-type vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The office staff are pleasant and won’t make you feel inferior or unintelligent when asking questions. The waiting room has comfortable chairs, a tv, and complimentary coffee, as well as free Wi-Fi. The auto parts department misled me about their return policy. I purchased $253 in parts to fix my wife’s Jeep, suspecting a simpler issue. After diagnosing the problem and replacing a $9 plastic part from Amazon, I attempted to return the unused parts within the 30-day window I was promised by the service representative. At time of purchased I brought up can return these and was told “yes if it’s in 30 days”. Due to work I couldn’t return these promptly, but did return within 30 days. Upon returning they refused the return without apology, suggesting I “sell the parts on Marketplace instead”. No I'm sorry sir or anything. They failed to honor their stated policy. Not family friendly as advertised Will go to jones moving fwd.
