Gave a reasonable offer from the start and even came down to my counter offer which included nearly $3,000 more in discounts, All-Weather Mats, and Delivery out of state. They communicated well and kept me informed while answering all of my questions and concerns. They even accommodated me being out of country and did everything over the phone and email. Alex was great! I didn't feel any pressure to buy fast and I didn't feel as though he used any high pressure sales tactics. The paperwork towards the end had some errors in them that were quickly corrected and I appreciated the dealerships patience with me and the 14 hour time difference between our locations which did draw out the process. I am by no means an easy customer to deal with because I negotiated down to the smallest detail over the course of 3 days but I never felt as though the dealership grew frustrated or impatient with me.
