Bought a Chevy equinox in August of 2024 for 13,000 before the gap, taxes and a warranty, minus the $2000 down. I was in a position where I needed a car. They told me they were not making any money from the car because they just wanted it off the lot. I knew it needed tires soon after buying it. Have had to put breaks, a muffler, a battery and replace the rear main seal twice. Had someone look at a rust spot they somehow covered up that has got worse. I am upside down on the car by 10,000. My trade in value is $4000. I didn’t do my homework which is my fault, but they saw me coming. DO NOT TRUST THE STORE. double check everything, get a carfax report and see what the blue book value says. I just pray to God I’m able to get out from under this thing. Thanks Adams! I will spread the word to everyone I know.
I was referred by a coworker that John at Adam’s Auto Group had been in the business a long time. I was backed into and needed a new place to take my car. They replaced my whole quarter panel and it only took 1 week! You can’t even tell a car backed into me and the process with the whole thing was smooth and everyone there was super nice and efficient!! AND.. when I picked up my car my tires were shined and they detailed the inside of my car also!! I was shocked, but very blessed. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
I purchased a Jeep Unlimited from here. It was the lowest miles Jeep on the lot out of 11 of them. Purchased it on Thursday, Friday the entire family was headed to a friends in Chicago. About 20 miles north of Lafayette on 65 with the cruise set at 68 the transmission downshifted going up hill and the engine blew up. Called Adams and they immediately sent a flatbed with enough room for everyone. They didn’t even shrug a shoulder and looked for another engine with less miles. They could not find one so they paid for a brand new motor with a 3 year unlimited mile warranty. A few months later the exhaust system failed due in part to the engine failure. They worked with me and we came to an agreement me paying for half since the catalytic converters were at 80% of their life expectancy. In my book this dealership went above and beyond what I expected and I would definitely bring my business back here. The picture with the top on is where the engine blew and it was empty!
Bought a car from them this past Saturday, it’s Tuesday and it won’t start. My 16 year old son spent his savings on the car and now we have to pay for a tow truck and take it to the Audi dealership to be worked on. Unfortunately we signed the paperwork stating we are taking it as it, it’s a sad experience to trust a company/people only to have this happen.
Highly recommend these guys ! Ryan was beyond awesome to work with. Went above and beyond to try and help me. I'm buying from out of State and unfortunately they couldn't secure financing.
