Really awesome experience at this shop compared to other places I've visited in the springs. I took my '19 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk in for some check engine lights and an engine rattle. I had taken it to other shops before for the rattle, but they weren't able to diagnose it. Adam & Son had it figured out same day which was a great turn around. I wish there was better news about my Jeep, though. The rattle turned out to be a critical issues requiring a new engine. They were up front with pricing, and I'll be taking my next car in for a pre-purchase inspection (and I'm going to stay away from Jeeps going forward, oof!)!
Adam & Son has THE BEST communication we’ve experienced with a mechanic. They are timely, fair, and honest about which repairs are necessary vs. recommended. I like receiving photos with arrow indicators and the corresponding informational videos to help me understand the issue. Top shelf service!

Very professional and very quick turnaround time. The location is very clean and friendly, and the updates and communication was well done. However the price was a bit steeper, qouted around ~$1500 for a passenger side cv axle replacement and alignment on a 2011 Toyota Sienna, they did knock off around ~$200 in the end.
Adam & Son USED to be my Go to garage they were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Then they got new people and different Manager and they are awful and WAY OVERPRICED just went for an oil change and to swap my seasonal tires and the came up with a list of other things they claimed I "needed" to the tune of Over $3k I refused and suddenly they are supposedly worried about liability and other BS. Checked the services the claimed I need with 2 other places for prices and they were at least $500 more than both the other quotes. Won't be back.
