Do not purchase from this dealership. This will steal your money and then steal your vehicle with your belongings in it. When you bring up you're calling 911, he will taunt you and leave. They never sent in the contract nor transferred the vehicle over in my name. So they had me drive a vehicle that was not in my name nor was funded and ran my credit. The vehicle was listed for sale on multiple sites still for sale even after i paid a deposit and had a signed contract. Also do not buy the 2005 4runner. There is over 5k worth of damages done to it that they are hiding. I only found out because i took it to a toyota dealership and they showed me the damage.
I should have known better but since I was so far away and really liked the vehicle and could find nothing like it locally, I bought without being able to see it first. Asked if there were any mechanical issues and was told that just the power steering pump was whining but had been replaced. Well, it obviously wasn't replaced but that's just small time compared to the rest. Valve cover gaskets leaking badly, entire front suspension worn out, airbag light on continuously and it's a dealer tsb that can't be done in a regular shop, not to mention the issues with rear gate and the fact that while the Carfax says no accidents, it has obviously run into something judging by how out of square it is. Realize I'm pretty much stuck with this but at least I can warn others, stay far away from this place. --- In no way, shape, or form was I expecting a vehicle this age to be perfect. It looked extremely clean in the photos with no signs of any damage whatsoever so when I spoke with them on the phone before the purchase I asked if it had any mechanical issues to which they responded no and assured me their mechanic had gone over it. I expected normal wear and tear, not obvious expensive mechanical issues. Did talk with the dealer after the purchase and I was still going to be out of the shipping cost to send it back if I had decided to go that route. Just took the loss, repaired the major issues and ended up selling it. Again, I would highly suggest not purchasing anything from there as they do not present their vehicles in an honest fashion.
Bought a car here for $5,000 that is a TOTAL lemon. It's worth maybe $500 for scraps. It's "completely unsafe to drive," as multiple people have deemed it. The transmission and entire front end are very quickly on their way out. Several of the hoses under the hood are wrong, and several are busted. Some people work extremely hard to earn that much money and don't have it to throw away on a piece of junk car. Extremely dissatisfied with this car lot. These people knew that they could get away with this because I am a young girl that doesn't know much about cars. However, they did repeatedly reassure me that it was in great running condition and several things had been replaced and were brand new. It's running, but it is an accident waiting to happen. So not only am I unsafe, but everyone else out on the road with me is unsafe as well. If I could rate this place NEGATIVE 5 stars I would.
I purchased a car and the next day I contacted Rick about the problem I was having and he immediately helped and gave me a loaner. Another problem arised and again, Rick met me, let me use a loaner and brought the car to his mechanic to fix it Once Rick learned that it was a waste and that the car wasn't going to be useful and would give me problems, he gave me ALL of my money back. He was very honest with me before I even made the trip to his business from the start. Honesty is not an attribute many folks have these days but Rick has a great heart and treated me very well.
