Great experience overall. Ash is super knowledgeable regarding multiple vehicle types and builds. I got a mk4 Supra from Australia and he was able to talk me through the process and offer to help me in almost every aspect. The import process take a bit in general but that’s to be expected. Upon receiving my Supra it was immaculate for a 30 year old car. I was really impressed. Ash remains in contact and is a great resource when anything comes up or even if I have a simple question. Would recommend for sure.
Imported my skyline through ash from Australia, the whole process was a breeze he maintained communication through the whole process and answered every question i had, car arrived was serviced by ash also tuned in house to be a reliable power house, not enough words to recommend Ash and his staff at the shop. amazing and knowledgeable crew ,who handle a variety of high end jdm cars on a daily basis with precision and care . Highly recommend them!! Look no further for your import and anything car related needs.
Best JDM high end shop around. They work on anything from GTRs, Miatas, engine building, and much more. They are an import dealer as well.
I would highly recommend this shop. Great costumer service, matched with great work. I have recommended all my friends to take their cars here. Especially if you own any Infiniti G model.
I purchased a vehicle from Ash from the auction website Bring a Trailer. Ash was very responsive in communicating with me, he made the transaction painless. He arranged for transportation of the car from Houston to Florida, at a very competitive rate. When my car arrived at my house, it was exactly as he described & represented it. I would recommend AC Motorcars and Ash highly. I will consider another purchase from him, in the future.

Shopping for a vehicle at Ac Motorcars Dba Texas Vintage Imports in Houston, Texas? Follow these steps to buy with confidence.
Pull the vehicle history report
Run a CARFAX or AutoCheck report using the VIN before you visit. Look for accident history, odometer rollbacks, and title brands like salvage or flood. Ask Ac Motorcars Dba Texas Vintage Imports if a report is available for any listing.
Take a thorough test drive
Drive on both city streets and the highway. Accelerate hard. Brake firmly. Listen for any clunks, vibrations, or warning lights. Test the AC, heat, and all electronics during the drive.
Inspect for hidden wear
Check for uneven panel gaps, mismatched paint, or overspray — signs of past bodywork. Push on each corner of the car to test the shocks. Look underneath for frame damage, fluid leaks, or rust.
Get a pre-purchase inspection
Have a trusted mechanic inspect any used vehicle before you buy. A $100–$150 PPI can uncover issues that save you thousands. Ask Ac Motorcars Dba Texas Vintage Imports if a third-party inspection is permitted.
