They're your typical dealership, found a car i wanted to look at. And they didnt know anything about it. I test drove it everything seemed fine with it. I liked it so I bought it. The process was a little painstaking, and they messed up and the spelling on my wife's name so double that time. Took a day to make the purchase. Not really their fault entirely, the approval process is long regardless. We pick it up and they never did fill the tank like they said they would. Bummer!!! Anyways drove it off the lot got home and then we took it to a restaurant and the check engine light popped up. I pretty much felt lied to. Took it back that monday, and sure enough the service department had it on their report and Im sure they just flashed it and hoped it wouldn't pop up while it was being test driven. So I asked if they would cover the cost of the diagnostic. And they was an act of congress to get that done. I would call once a day to check on the progress and i wanted to speak to the sales manager that was overseeing the deal (Isaac), and i talked to just about everybody but him and they gave me the run around ( ill look for him, hold, let me see if hes available, hold) i never spoke with him and im sure he was busy but to avoid the conversation about it getting looked at and covered on their behalf was discouraging to say the least. In the end after leaving voicemails and talking with everyone else, he never did call me back. (Thanks Isaac) Buuut Mr, Crane in the service dept assured me they were gonna not only check it but get it fixed. So long story short 3 and a half weeks later we finally get it back after the warranty people looked everything over. And approved the work. So I get it back and there's still a check engine light. But I. Hoping its just working g out the kinks in the trucks computer since the repair. So having said all that i would recommend being cautious going here. But Ill also say it might have just been my experience and if you do go there I hope the do ya right!!!!

I called to see bout Black Friday deals not looking to buy anything but I went in and was approved within 3 hts and walked out with a new vehicle. This was one of the fastest deals I've donecat any dealership Thanks Luis Castenda and Kirk.

We came here after speaking directly with sales representative Juan Carlos on the phone. We inquired about a specific truck, and he assured us it was available. We even scheduled an appointment two days later to come in and see it. When we arrived, Juan Carlos acted like he could care less we were there. Very nonchalant about everything. He then proceeded to tell us that the truck isn’t ready and actually needs parts and is waiting for service. Then when we went and saw the truck, it took forever to start up and sounded horrible. He also tried to recommend another truck that was $8,000 higher. It was clear this was a plot to get us in and try to make a higher sale. We don’t live close to this dealership at all and it took us 45 minutes to get there. I would not recommend this dealership as it is clear they are not truthful and use deceiving tactics to make a sale. Also, if you want to feel like an important client and that someone actually appreciates you about to drop tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle, please do not use Juan Carlos as your representative. Maybe he was mad he had to work the day after Christmas, but either way he was not professional in his actions and behavior.
