We traded in our 2015 jeep for a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain Dec 2025. We worked with Reed Abraham. He was absolutely amazing to work with. There was no pressure with buying. As we test drove the car he did a great job explaining all the features. He walked us through the buying process with so much patience! I can not say enough great things about this place. I am a clevelander that lives in SC now, My trip up to Cleveland, my car (Chevy Traverse) ended up with a coolant leak. I was freaking out, Roy in service was amazing assuring me everything would be just fine and they would take care of everything. The service department had my car fixed and ready in 2 days. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I wish I had this dealership down by me. From start to finish their service department is 10/10.
They honored their advertisement on a bew car special. No BS or bait and switch gimmicks. As odd as it sounds, thats a rarity amongst GM dealers in this region in my wxperience. They didnt make me waste time as a sales tactic either. came in, said i saw the ad and was interested. They showed me the options i picked one and finished the deal, left with the car. Refreshing if u know how dealers are doing things anymore. Serpentini all bait and switch advertisements, saay anything iver ohine to fet u in door, than at store will admit the ad was a lie and the my dont even have the car they promised iver phone. These guys are standup and straightforward. Thats actually a bug deal anymore
I was told the appointment would last about 30 minutes, but it ended up being nearly 2 hours. I understand multiple factors can affect time frame, so I wasn't too upset by this. I was upset about the quality of work. After waiting nearly a year to have a part fixed (told part was ordered multiple times but oddly enough there were never any notes), I left with it in worse condition than when I arrived. I had a loose plastic piece on the right side of my steering column. I left with "new" parts and now both sides are popping off and when turning the wheel you can hear the parts rubbing against each other. Not sure how 2 hours of work made it worse. Spending close to $500 a month for a vehicle, you'd expect higher quality work. I'll deal with the noise for now and keep duct tape on the loose pieces as I do not plan to ever return for work to be done.
I went in because I had a flat and needed to see if it could be plugged or if it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I ended up having to get a new tire and there weren’t any in stock but Russ ordered one and gave me a call as soon as it came in. It took a day for the tire to come in and I was able to get it installed same day. I am very happy to have my car back to working order.
