Horrible place to get scammed. Do not do, not buy anything from this place. I bought a truck from them the weeks I got it the transmission had issues. After days, weeks and months went by same problem kept happening to the point that one time I took it back to get fix and that took my cash out of my console compartment. They are total thieves I had to get the police involved. To this date 6 month later the truck still have engine problems. I went back and the manager did not help. If you want this stress and waste money go here otherwise be smart about it.

I bought a truck from this place. Transmission problems started the week I bought it. Took it back and forth to get it fix to the point that they were like can't help you no more. How is that even fair you give me a truck all with problems but can't help me because the warranty expire then fix it right. Anyways don't go here if you want to have stress and give your money away from no goods up to you. Don't let happen what happened to me.

I'm sure every salesperson at Preston is top notch, but Wayne went the extra mile for us. We have been searching for a specific truck for four months now. Started local to us and even used multiple search methods. It's amazing how some local dealers do not respond to emails after initial contact or return calls. Heck, one dealer has a similar truck on the lot for 168 days and was told the Dealership owner is currently driving it. That it might not be available to see for a few days. No response to warranty questions with those miles or a discount. To say it's frustrating is an understatement. I gave it one last try and went onto the Chevrolet corporate page and was going to click on the build/purchase tab. I saw a current inventory tab and followed the path to what we were looking for. Sent a message online to Preston near the end of the day and Wayne responded within minutes. He had me take pictures of my trade and some details to come up with an offer in the morning. After some negotiations, we sealed the deal within 24 hours, and they DELIVERED it to us to boot! Take the time to do research and make the choice to purchase at Preston of Aberdeen. They have made an out of state purchase seamless and will be sure to share with friends. Looking forward to future relationships with Preston!

I had an issue with my vehicle showing low battery voltage, which caused my parking brake to get stuck. I called Preston’s service department, and they were able to get me in right away. Despite the approaching snowstorm, they diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 24 hours. The team was professional, communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and got me back on the road before the weather hit. Really appreciated their quick response and quality service when I needed it most. Highly recommend Preston's service department for anyone needing reliable and timely vehicle repairs.

Absolute worst customer service ever. My car was towed there on 01/29/26 around 1 p.m. I got off work around 5:30 p.m. and went straight to the dealership. There was a guy on the phone, and it clearly sounded like a personal call, so I stood there and waited for at least 3 minutes before he hung up. When he hung up, he still didn't acknowledge me and went on to do something else. I said, "Excuse me, sir, my Camaro was towed here earlier, around 1 p.m., for service." He said, "I didn't see a tow truck today," and went back to his task. I said, "Well, I had it towed to Chevrolet Aberdeen earlier." Not looking at me, he replied, "It must be the one a few miles up the street." I happily walked away, thankful my car wasn't there. I then went to Adam Chevrolet, where the customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, my car wasn't there either. So I called the tow company and they inform me my car was dropped off at Preston Chevrolet in Aberdeen. 🥴 They left my keys and information with Jessica. So I went back to Preston Chevrolet only to have to deal with the same rude weirdo. After informing him that my car is there. He looked through a couple of folders of keys and among them was my key. He then asked me my name. I told him. He said, "Here it is," and then went back to doing whatever he was doing, because he obviously wasn't working. So I politely asked, "Would you be able to look at my car tomorrow?" He replied, "No, next week."I said, "Thank you. Can I have your name and number so I can call and check on my car?" He then handed me a business card and said, "Call Jessica." I said, "Thank you, sir. Have a good day," knowing in my head that I would never let these incompetent people work on my car. I had my car towed from there. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my forty-plus years on this earth. If their customer service is a reflection of the way they work on cars, I feel sorry for people's cars. I highly suggest that no one take their car there. I wish I could give them zero stars cause that's what they deserve.
