This company sold an SUV to my father who is 77 years old and no I was not aware he was buying it. After we got the car we found out that ALL four brakes and rotors needed to be replace. The air filters for both cabin and engine were in terrible shape. Then I get an inspection for oil change and they tell m the Front Suspension control arm and drivetrain CV Axel need to be replaced. They show me pictures and it is not difficult to see the spraying grease and torn bushings. These are all problems that Abel would have been able to spot easily yet they knew my old Dad could not get under to check it out, leaving him to trusting that they wouldn't screw him and with me a state away I couldn't help and no other family around. The final nail is that it has been wrecked badly in what looks like a T-bone car accident which was not discussed with my father...and what he paid for this car is criminal because he's terrible at negotiating. You can say what you want but there should be some kind of trust with a dealership that says it's family owned and cares but they screwed him in every way possible, didn't cut him any slack and with zero thought about it. Would you send your family there? Would you go there? Better think long and hard, they are just waiting for a sucker to take full advantage of and it'll probable you since you don't know how to negotiate or know their tricks.
