I chose this location for my U-Haul pickup. Met with Doug and he was very thorough and a very nice individual. The truck ran great and Doug took care of closing me out via phone/text even though it was after hours. I recommend his business.
I rented a UHaul for pickup at this authorized location. When we arrived it was closed, even though the sign and website said they were open. Doors locked and sign off, no one answered the phone. The UHaul was sitting right there in the parking lot and we had no way to access it. A man that appeared to be drunk with no shirt on walked out of the door with a woman and he had no clue what we needed to do, he "just stays there" and couldn't help us. We had to go down the street to an alternate location and rent a different truck. We wasted an hour of time and energy on this and ended up having to pay more for a bigger truck because it's all they had. I've never been to ABC Rent A Car other than trying to pick up our UHaul but would certainly stay very far away from this business and its lack of any type of professionalism.
