A1 Carz is great! I felt right at home and Jae went above and beyond getting me a good deal for my first car loan. I wound up putting a down payment to hold the car until I got back. Two days later, I wound up getting my car and a great deal on my loan. Sonny was so nice helping me with my application. He even let me take my car home and come back the next day when I couldn't get all the payment from my card. That's when I met Joanna who greeted me with a big smile and finished the deal.
Do not buy a car from this place. I have not received my title after 6 months. Repeatedly lied to.
Do not buy a vehicle from here...unless you like stress and to be lied to repeatedly..It took almost 4 months for them to get pink slip to me..was told it was lost by 3rd party...and 5 months for them to not pay for the warranty I paid for....they never return calls...just lie lie lie..Sonny will say anything to get off phone....go elsewhere to get a vehicle..I love my van but hate dealing with A1...wish I got it elsewhere
3 weeks after car broke 4 miles off the lot and I still don’t have my refund back! They lie and steal!!!! And I will tell everyone!
