When I asked Eli about a car I was interested in, he replied "this car is clean, no mechanical problems." Trust and verify" I thought, so I took the car to a nearby garage. The inspection revealed oil leaks from the oil pan, from the turbocharger, and from the lower timing belt cover area. There is oil residue in the tail pipe. I took the inspection results to a highly reputable second mechanic. Their estimate: I would have spent between $6000 to $9000 fixing the car that Eli claimed was "clean, with no mechanical problems." Buyer beware and good luck.

This is a great car dealership! My experience here was when I was looking for a car for my wife for a Christmas and birthday present. I found the SUV I was looking for online via carfax which turned out to be at their lot at Carosell Motors. Over the span of a few days, I got to look at, conduct a very thorough uninterrupted inspection of a Lexus RX400h that my wife wanted. I spent almost an hour with a check list in hand, a flashlight, not one but TWO OBD-II scanners (in case the other one was lying to me lol), a battery tester, looking over the car meticulously like it was under a microscope. At the end of my inspection, I also got to test drive the car ALL BY MYSELF (a first for me) and take my time before heading back to the dealership. Eli and his dad (I think it's his dad) are very professional and welcoming. They did not hover or make me feel pressured the back-to-back days that I was there. Instead, they made sure that if I had any questions or concerns that they were simply nearby inside the office and available. This is huge because some dealerships just won't leave you alone to look at a car in peace. Instead, they hover and follow you making you feel pressured cause they're too busy trying to make a sale. That backfires every time. That was not my experience at Carosell Motors. Instead, I got great customer service all the way through. And even though I ended up not buying the car I looked at (because my wife found a newer car with less mileage from a private seller), Eli still provided me with great information and insights with buying a car from a private seller. Eli and his dad will definitely get my business anytime I find a car I'm looking for on their lot. So, if you're looking for a car, do your research, learn about the car you want to buy, and when you're ready, visit Eli and his dad at Carosell Motors. Tell them you're there to inspect the vehicle and to do a test drive. These guys will give you great customer service with no pressure to buy. They even allowed me to make an appointment with a local shop/dealership of my choice so I can take their vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) before deciding to buy, which every person buying a used car should do. And any dealer worth their salt and not hiding anything will not hesitate to make that happen for you. The folks at Carosell Motors are great and I will not hesitate to do business with them in the future. Thanks, Eli (and your dad!).
