I would love to start off with their customer service being a 10/10. Last week I bought a car after seeing the post on Facebook marketplace . After test driving it I was ready to buy it! I had to run home to grab the money and they stayed 2 hours after they closed on a Saturday to help me. After driving my car 30 minutes the check engine light came back on. I told them right away and they were kind enough to take it back and fix it. Later that week I went to pick up the car and the light came back on again. Now I was upset but they were kind enough to pay for my dinner and would drive my car to me when it was ready. Two days later they dropped it off and it’s been perfect since. I was amazed by their customer service❤️ I will be buying an another car again from them in the future.

The very first thing said to him was not hello, not welcome, not how can we help you, but “we don’t finance here.” That was the opening line. My brother is Black, and from that moment it was clear assumptions were being made immediately. The crazy part is he was never planning to finance. He was there to buy the car outright. After starting us off with straight disrespect, they finally showed us the vehicle. It was parked in the back of the lot, covered in snow, with a dead battery. We were told it had been sitting there for about a month. No effort to clean it, no effort to have it ready, and no respect for someone who came in ready to spend money. This dealership was dismissive, unprofessional, and judgmental from the moment we walked in. If this is how they treat people before a sale, I wouldn’t trust them at all after one. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere you’re treated with basic respect.
Horrible customer service very racist towards black people. Old guy didn’t greet me he automatically went to say we don’t finance. My intentions were never to finance but to buy a car cash outright. Just to find out the car I was looking at is sitting in the back of the lot covered in snow with a dead battery and has been sitting for a month. Stay far away from this place and spend your money with people who care about treating everybody with respect no matter their race!!!
