I had a very negative experience with this used car dealership and would strongly caution others to be careful. From the start Tom came across as unprofessional. Important details about the vehicle were either brushed off or not disclosed at all. After purchasing the car, major mechanical issues surfaced almost immediately—problems that clearly did not appear overnight and should have been disclosed prior to sale. There was no real effort to resolve the situation. This dealership gives the impression of cutting corners and prioritizing sales over honesty and customer safety. I regret trusting them and wish I had listened to the red flags early on. LISTEN TO THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS! There are far more transparent and reputable dealerships out there. Don’t make this mistake!!!!
