Great place, my family has gotten 3 cars from here. The reason why I am giving them 1 star is because they do business with Time Finance which is a HORRIBLE company. If I had known my payments were going to be with a separate company, I wouldn’t have bought the car. If your financing is with Time Finance do not buy the car!! Please go look at their reviews, they only have 1 star reviews.
If i could put zero stars i would. I bought a vehicle from them 2 weeks ago and having issues with air cond. Was told their coverage is engine only. Isnt air cond part of engine? Really shady practice.

Went here because of my poor credit. They were able to help get a vehicle. Very friendly service. I ended up getting a Saturn Vue (2008) low mileage very clean. Unfortunately 59 miles after the warranty ended the radiator started leaking. They fixed it for me. I paid half of cost. Haven't even made my second payment on the car when the heater core needed to be replaced. This is a very expensive fix. I share some blame TBH...but i would definitely take a mechanic with me next time or take car to a mechanic if you have any doubts about the car. Or I should not have bought a Saturn. Came back 8.31.2023 the staff was extremely helpful and polite. Very satisfied with the purchase. Definitely recommend coming here. Thank you.
