Shopping for a vehicle at 757 Auto Outlet in Virginia Beach, Virginia? Follow these steps to buy with confidence.
Pull the vehicle history report
Run a CARFAX or AutoCheck report using the VIN before you visit. Look for accident history, odometer rollbacks, and title brands like salvage or flood. Ask 757 Auto Outlet if a report is available for any listing.
Take a thorough test drive
Drive on both city streets and the highway. Accelerate hard. Brake firmly. Listen for any clunks, vibrations, or warning lights. Test the AC, heat, and all electronics during the drive.
Inspect for hidden wear
Check for uneven panel gaps, mismatched paint, or overspray — signs of past bodywork. Push on each corner of the car to test the shocks. Look underneath for frame damage, fluid leaks, or rust.
Get a pre-purchase inspection
Have a trusted mechanic inspect any used vehicle before you buy. A $100–$150 PPI can uncover issues that save you thousands. Ask 757 Auto Outlet if a third-party inspection is permitted.
Negotiate the out-the-door price
Focus on the total out-the-door price, not the monthly payment. Understand every fee on the sales contract before signing. Dealer add-ons like paint protection and VIN etching are negotiable at 757 Auto Outlet.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ Please do not purchase a car from these people. I am a college student at Old Dominion University and was rear ended in February of 2023. I do not have any family in the area and was tasked with purchasing a new vehicle after my accident. After looking for cars for a few weeks I got in contact with Manny at 757 Auto Outlet about a 2010 Volkswagen EOS on his lot, and shortly after I visited the shop to test drive the car. During the test drive I immediately noticed seemingly minor issues with the car: the overhead visor on the driver’s side was damaged, the heat did not work, the glove box was missing a handle (it would not open), there was no windshield wiper fluid in the car, there was a spare key but no key fob (I had to manually open the car and when I did the car alarm would go off), and the backseat covers were extremely worn and cracked. I spoke with Manny about these issues and he fixed the overhead visor, and agreed to add the additional repairs including the heat and the glove box in our contract, but did refuse to have the backseat headrests replaced or a key fob programmed. I purchased the car for $7,000 the first week of June, and started experiencing issues with the car shortly after. I noticed the first issue with the car after filling it with windshield wiper fluid. There was a large hole in the wire preventing the liquid from spraying onto the windshield. Soon after repairing this error I noticed that my radiator had been filled with water rather than coolant, and that my oil had not been changed in what appeared to be a very long time. I contacted the shop, as well as Manny and his partner Tony individually multiple times about these issues in addition to setting up a date to repair the issues that they had legally taken responsibility for fixing and got no response. I paid to fix the new issues myself and to have a key fob programmed within the first week I purchased my car. The second week I began to experience difficulties switching gears and an ABS light appeared on my dash so I again, contacted Manny and his partner Tony multiple times to no avail. I called countless times and left voicemail after voicemail and nothing. My car continued to have problems and eventually stopped in the middle of an intersection on my way to work. After it was clear I was not going to get Manny or Tony on the phone I drove the car over to 757 Auto Outlet 3 separate times during their hours of operation and no one was there. It is now the fourth week of July. I took my car to the Volkswagen dealership about two weeks ago and they shared with me that the car would cost around $12,000 to repair. The issues with the car included: replacement transmission, brake pad & rotor replacements, wiper blade replacements, ignition switch replacement, upper radiator hose replacement, 4 replacement control arm bushings, an alignment with suspension repairs, and a flush kit & coolant replacement. The VOLKSWAGEN dealership offered me $300 for the car. In addition, I have still yet to receive my license plates, and was pulled over and given a ticket for driving with expired temporary plates. I have still been unable to get into contact with anyone at 757 Auto Outlet. Manny made it a point to express to me that I did not need to be weary of him as he was trustworthy and “not a sleazy car salesman”, he went so far as to portray to me that he was doing me a favor by granting me a 90 day warranty on top of agreeing to fix my heat and glove box… He was aware that I was a college student who had only $7,000 to put towards a car with no family in the area. Manny is a sleazy car salesman who took complete advantage of me and sold me an unsafe car. This dealership is disgusting, they have no morals or regard for your safety or well being. Please do not make the same mistake I did, and please share this information with your friends and family.
Came here with my mother because she needed a car. This place is crazy unprofessional. They made my mom drive with expired tags for almost a week, and while we waited for them to fix something on the car we could hear Manny on the phone cussing up a storm. He also went and smoked outside, but left the door open. This smoke came inside and stank like buns. We have concerns that the mileage was maybe cranked back and plan on having it looked at soon. He called my mom once and claimed the mailbox was full. She cleared it and waited for another call back. He never did. He claimed it was because the mailbox was still full but in my mothers phone history, he clearly hadn't tried to contact her. I can go on and on but this place is sketchy as buns and lowkey needs to seriously reevaluate how they handle things. Edit: the cussing was in english. Yes you spoke your mother language too but don't paint me out to be a racist jerk. You did cuss in english, a lot. And fyi, I'm a level three autistic with 3 physical conditions that make it impossible for me to work, but I still get paid lol. Not that it's even any of your business. My mother is just as upset as me and asked me to help with this review :) And we are still going to get it checked, the mileage I mean, because we noticed that there were reviews saying that a mechanic confirmed that this shop rolled back other people's mileage. You need to get a grip and take things seriously instead of acting like a child when someone doesn't like the way you do things. Also about that "smell" I recall showering before I left (aka it wasnt me) but if it stinks now and it is somehow because of me, have absolutely no guilt. Have fun with that.
I just want to first and foremost say that Manny was an amazing help! I haven't bought a new car in 11 years! My SUV finally kicked the bucket and Manny made the transition easy and smooth! I had so many questions and he made sure to take good care of not just me but my family! I really appreciate you dealing with me and all the questions I had and making buying a new car a great experience! It was quick and easy! Thanks again! Highly recommend them!!! Make sure y'all hire a secretary to answer your phones though. 🤣🤣🤣 Y'all know I'm joking! Definitely ask for Manny, he's a cool dude!
One of the best experiences I've had buying a pre-owned car. Go check these people out and get you a really good deal. Ask dor Manny or Tony
I had a great experience at 757 AUTO OUTLET. Manny is great very knowledgeable and helpful. He was a great help with the financing and Warranty Assistance. I was offered a very fair trade in value on my vehicle. I had a great all around experience. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you
