Went in the next morning and Lance was able to show us several vehicles all fitting our needs and wants. We ended up choosing a different vehicle than we originally thought we wanted but instead got a major upgrade. Lance and the whole team were efficient, accommodating, and thorough. They were effective in getting us through the whole process quickly (we have two young children so that was important). They answered all of our questions and even set us up for follow ups as well as giving us some additional tips for later on.
