After having several really disappointing and stressful experiences at car dealerships recently, I was pleasantly surprised to have had the total opposite experience at 5280 Motor Company. The experience in buying the car for my daughter was a breeze and Ryan was very helpful, the back lock actuator was bad and they promised to replace it they promised to replace it. It was difficult for my daughter to get there to have them replace it . Then the front lock jammed and when I called 5280 to ask if the lock is covered, then Rick said no which really pissed me off as I had to call a lock smith 70.00 to get us in the car as 5280 company had no solution/tow truck or nothing. I had to drive someplace else where I got it fixed which cost over 500 dollars and this mobile mechanic said who ever tried to change the lock really screwed it up bad . Never trust these guys to make the repairs on your car you buy . They will just take your money and say sorry good luck

It was a great experience working with Ryan! Atmosphere was clean and comfortable and the buying process had no pressure. We're super happy that we had the opportunity to visit and find exactly what we were looking for with them. Update: buyer beware. Make sure to have your own mechanic give a full check under the hood (personal mistake for taking a stranger's word). Consider warranty coverage for 6+ mo where/when you are able. And if the check engine light is on...have the repair (replacement) completed (guaranteed) prior to purchase...no matter how minor it seems. The car can't be used at this point (less than 5 mo after purchase) and I'm looking at huge costs to salvage this while still making payments. I reduced my rating to 3 stars bc, while I realize that this is a used vehicle with a check engine light (my risk), I feel there was intentional under play of a problem (that I was lead to believe something minimal).
First off this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! I went to a big dealer to purchase an almost identical vehicle, but the salesman put me of in the first 30 seconds so I left and started looking again. 5280 had a way better vehicle in my price range with no pressure at all. They took my trade in and secured financing for my new ride.. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Javier, Ric and Ryan if you need a new/used car they rule end of story.
