Chris put in a lot of extra time and effort to get a bunch of minor things fixed as we went through the purchasing process. Even after things had been finalized and an engine light popped on, he took it to the shop and paid for its repairs. He's communicative and cares about doing things the right way. It's a small family business, and so sometimes things take a little bit extra time, but that also makes the relationship formed more genuine.
