Bought Nissan pathfinder on May 16th. Had to rebuild the transmission in October…. PVC valve had to be replaced, had huge whole in it, had to replace the routers and brakes, replaced trans axle seals and so much more…. A plus transmission shop told me that there was no way possible that I could have made the transmission that bad in 5 months of having the vehicle. I paid 7k for the vehicle and now I’m an additional 7k for repairs… Andre was very nice when purchasing the vehicle. i confronted him about the issues and my frustrations, he told me to bring it in and they could look at it. I spent 1,000$ to have the transmission serviced and the axle seals replaced just for me to have to end up taking it to get the transmission rebuilt…. I got cussed out and hung up on after I explained my frustrations… EXTREMELY RUDE!! And I’m looking at your responses to all the bad reviews and it just proves our point even more. If you are a honest man… you would NOT be extremely disrespectful towards your previous customers, even if they are wrong. I did NOT deserve the treatment I got from you. I have every right to be upset. I am now 14k in on a damn 2013 Pathfinder. I explained when I was purchasing the car that I was a single mom who just needed something reliable. I understand it’s a risk to buy used…. But after having all the issues it had, is ridiculous. I should not had to spend 6k on top of the 1k I spent with you in repairs…. You showed no sympathy at all! Please do not respond to my review with the same energy you gave others. I thinks no response is best. Thanks….

I bought my car from mr.Andre 2 years ago and I’ve had no issues, I go to him for my state inspections and oil changed and he’s the only person I trust with my car! Not having my dad nearby I feel like I am in good hands here and not talked into unnecessary things. He’s honest and keeps it real with you. 100% would recommend giving mr.Andre a try if you’re looking for a used car. He is Middle Eastern and might come off as aggressive to some people but he is good and honest and just keeps it real! Just got my oil change today and he’s even helped me fix my rear view mirrors when I damaged it last summer and worked with my budget! Got my brakes done last month and all is well!
