NOTE: I am only a customer of Two Wheels World via Tamarit, as they are the proxy Tamarit uses to sell bikes in the United States. My bike arrived with loose fasteners under the seat; one thread from falling off, and a missing gas cap retaining ring; basically the metal cap was just resting on the bike and would have flown off while riding. Countless little imperfections and scuffs on the paint, too. When Tamarit offered to have Two Wheels ship my OEM exhaust and side panels, the pictures are how they arrived. They shipped body panels WITH heavy exhaust all in one flimsy box, and forgot all of the decorative components of the exhaust, which had to be shipped separately. They also did not ship the key in time. Again, probably avoid this dealership if you’re working with Tamarit. I will say the second bike we ordered that was build by Two Wheels is nearly flawless and wrapped in bubble wrap before transportation to us. So maybe there is hope for them to improve

I live roughly 300 miles away from the dealership and was looking at a pre-owned BMW motorcycle. My initial contact was via text, Lucas responded immediately and then Ian jumped in to provide me with more info on the bike, including a detailed walk-around video plus several photos. Our negotiation process was a breeze. Paperwork took 10 minutes was and handled in a very professional, friendly manner. Ian even went the extra mile by mailing me some accessories the previous owner had left in his house. Top notch.
