I must be truthful. I had a few problems in the beginning when I first called to find out about a vehicle I was interested in. I think the salesman was embarrassed and didn’t call me back because after putting down a $500 deposit to hold it until It could be brought from another dealership the other dealership went and sold it. But that’s OK because I actually was shown another vehicle that had just arrived and it was much better than the one that I had previously wanted. My salesman, Andre was great, as was the sales manager and Blanca, the girl that handled all my paperwork and financing. I am very grateful to everyone and I am so happy with my vehicle. Hello, I am the owner of a Lexus RX400h that had damage on the passenger-side door. I was sent here by Lexus PB. From the moment the estimate was made all the way to the repair, this people had exceeded all my expectations. Christine at the front desk was phenomenal. She explained everything without any confusion. Kevin was amazing also. He shook my hand and spoke to me face-to-face. When he said he would call, he did! He guided me through the whole process. No surprises, and no misunderstandings. The quality of customer service provided was second to none. They performed a magnificent job in my car, and I didn't mind them detailing my car (thank you). Nowadays you don't see this level of individualized professional service, it is rare. I know you understand what I mean by that. Orius Gedeon was completely helpful throughout and made things really simple. I loved that he was able to communicate with my entire family in Spanish, it was comforting. The financial advisor was amazing too and explained anything we had questions about. This is my family’s 7th vehicle purchased from this dealership and I don’t think that will change.

Ramses was the best! I have a newborn and working from home so the flexibility being able to text instead of come in or sit on the phone was amazing. He was very patient and understanding of my time restraints and helpful when I had questions, getting back to me as quickly as he could
