I finally feel comfortable telling my experience…if you are buying a car for the first time do NOT go here. I got my first car ever from them…unfortunately the back cabin light didn’t work. The transmission had to be replaced within a year of having my car. Leaving me stuck on a hill in SF. The brakes went out in the first year of having my car. Almost causing an accident. Do you see the trend? I asked for car-fax’s when I first saw the car, I seen no issues. Something different isn’t right about that paperwork…but that’s a bigger issue.I would have gave it back but they make you put a larger deposit in order to do that. Overall on repairs I’ve spent a large amount of money. I’m finally glad to be out of that car and in a 2025. Go to a dealership like Nissan not this backyard dealership with predatory contracts and outrageous arps(27% to be exact) . (Tbf all dealerships are scammy but there’s levels) Very shady business. I haven’t even mentioned the customer service being absolutely terrible with male egos and poor people skills. I should have known to not get that car when I had to ask for it to be cleaned and still found a cig in my backseat…I don’t smoke those……vs my new dealership who gave me free oil changes for a year….if I’m spending a lot of money and supporting a locally owned business should you offer some type of benefit not attitudes. Edited: Their responses to valid criticism (cause why are you selling cars you know will have issues? ) lacks accountability and clearly are passive aggressive. Didn’t even address all my points. I haven’t even include all the issues with my car in this review because it would have been too long. My main issue with this company is they lack integrity. All about a buck in my opinion. They knew the car would have major issues and still sold it to me. It’s my fault for not having the knowledge when buying a used car especially from a place like this. I will enjoy my new car and company who values my business. Thank you😊

Not a dealer you can trust! I purchased a car here last year. I was in a hurried situation as my car then was on its last legs. Before I’d even put 500 miles on the new vehicle, I had to replace both rear tires as there was metal exposed and the tire shop said they were dangerous. The car salesperson at the time said the tires were all good. I could not see the full surface of the rear tires without getting underneath the vehicle which I can’t do as I’m disabled so I trusted they were safe as described. Soon after this, I had to replace two ignition coils and the stereo stopped working. I had also left a cash deposit but when I went back to purchase the vehicle and bring it home he didn’t apply my deposit to the purchase. I never heard a peep from them about this til I figured it out myself and called to get my deposit refunded as I’d then overpaid by 500.00. They also allegedly mailed my plates to the wrong zip code and said they were returned to them but never called to inform me. Ultimately, I called them and then had to drive over to pick them up. They also never mailed title. Not a professional dealer and I don’t recommend this place unless you’re super savvy and not disabled! And if you are super savvy, you may as well do what they do and buy a car at auction yourself instead of padding their pockets for no added benefit.
