Really nice dealership. The owner was very friendly and respectful, answered my questions patiently, and didn’t pressure me at all. The cars on the lot looked clean and well-maintained. Much better experience than many other places.

I saw good reviews for AutoTrax online, so I went there to look for a used car to replace my Prius. I met the owner Luay. Man, he's a rare gem in current days. He took the time to understand my need/concerns, gave me his honest/best recommendation, and he talked me into keeping my current car instead of selling me one. I feel that he truly has my best interest in mind, the online reviews are accurate imho, and I'll take my business to him in the future.
Fastest car purchase I ever made. No pressure did a break thru of what I was paying, no hidden fees and wasn’t trying to persuade me to purchase any sort of unnecessary insurances. This guy has a small lot but nice options. He has a thing for Mazdas and I saw some good corollas and Hondas. He knows what the customer needs. Low mileage cars for really fair prices. For now I will give 5 stars but as time goes, we will see. But In terms of experience was good. Highly recommend
I had a great experience buying a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Luay in February 2024. The car was in good condition and had low mileage. Luay was knowledgeable about the car sales process and gave me a fair price for the vehicle. He also showed me that he valued my trust and satisfaction as a customer by letting me test drive the car alone and let me decide without any pressure. He was patient, answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process, and even had one of his associates give me a ride to the BART station after the test drive.
