I want to first say thank you to Ryan. My last few vehicles purchased from elsewhere were lemons. I had just received bad news about a month ago on my previous vehicle and was without a way of getting to work and providing for my family. I was in a crunch and couldn’t take any time off work and needed a vehicle fast. Ryan worked incredibly hard for me and got me pre-approved. I test drove several vehicles from 1st Time Auto and immediately fell in love with a small Scion XD. All of their vehicles look like they’ve been taken care of, and you can tell they’re trying to get you the best car for your money. It’s been just about a month now, and aside from the usual maintenance a slightly higher mileage vehicle needs, my new car drives and looks almost brand new. Ryan made the entire process easy, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. I loved my new car so much, my significant other purchased a new car for herself shortly after. So if you’re looking for a reliable, in budget car, look no further! I will be a repeat customer for sure, they’ve more than shown they are an honest and helpful company. Thanks Ryan!
Ryan is a great guy. Honest and willing to work within your needs and limitations without pushing. He's up-front and forthright about what he can and can't do. Not often I'll recommend someplace like a used car dealership, but my family has purchased a couple of vehicles here and have been very happy with the results.
Ryan is the best!! This is actually my 3rd car that I’ve got here. First time was probably about 7yrs ago. He helped me out even tho I had no credit. Got a 1yr loan on a cheap vehicle that lasted over 5yrs. Then about 3yrs ago he helped me get my daughter a cheap car. Another 1yr loan. Unfortunately my daughter fell on hard times and messed my chance of getting another loan. But recently stopped in and by chance had a deal for me by paying cash on the spot. I tell ppl all the time about this place. I’m telling you, if you have no credit maybe even bad credit, these guys will work with you. You won’t walk out with a 2024 brand new car, but there’s a lot of nice newer models there. Perfect for getting your teenager their first car or if you live paycheck to paycheck! It's hard to find Honest people. But an honest car salesman is almost impossible but. Ryan was up front and honest with me through the whole process. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this place as this is the only dealership I will be dealing with!!
