Excellent car buying experience. I had never shopped at a smaller dealership but the process was seamless. Found a truck we liked and test drove it. The salesman Duane was awesome, no sleazy sales tactics, just honest conversation which is what I’m always hoping to find. Their vehicles are priced to sell so there wasn’t much wiggle room for negotiating but they were very reasonable and professional the whole time. I had a small issue with my radio after I had made my purchase but they always stayed in contact with me and helped to make sure the issue was fixed. Fantastic customer service. And there was no issue with me financing through my own bank. Once we signed the purchase agreement it was maybe a half hour to get the docs written and signed so we didn’t have to wait for hours like I have at larger dealerships. This will be the first place we look when we shop for our next vehicle.

Once we test-drove and selected the desired vehicle, I was handed off to Jason who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He assisted in highlighting the vehicle features, put together the financing, worked the trade-in offer, and made sure that everything was taken care of. This was probably the quickest process I've been through when purchasing a vehicle, and Jason was so easy and fun to work with. He even made sure it had a full tank of gas before I left with it!
