For over a decade, 123 Car Buying had my business... until Abe decided to overcharge me for an oil change ($130+ for a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee??), and charge me for a freon charge $200 when the A/C blower didn't work - essentially 200 rip-off. He became belligerent and obnoxious sadly, Ed his pal just as bellicose. Regret all the money spent there for years, ps, sexist and truly rude - former US Marine no less, whereas my family fought for this country since the Revolution in 1776, ps. Sad to see the downfall of a place that once had a good reputation.
Hello, I have purchased a 2009 Toyota matrix almost 4 years ago. She runs beautifully still and now that I'm car shopping, I have realized just how trust worthy the owner is ! I have been bringing my car here for years now. They are very honest people that have been an extreme pleasure to work with and have become friends over the years. Edgar, as well as the others there are great and work on all types of cars. They are very well priced and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to have work done. The owner Ed is extremely knowledgeable and a kind, stand up guy that goes out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. One time I remember having car problems and I was stuck in Santa Ana. Ed drove all the way from upland to come and pick me up and he used his own AAA to have my car towed back. That’s just the kind of guy he is. I’ve had taken my car here numerous times to have work done as I drive a lot for work. Every time they also physically show me the problem as well as the parts that needed to be replaced with my car and thoroughly explain it to me. Thank you very much for always taking care of me I really appreciate you guys.
