I purchased a 2011 in 2022 from Eddie, whose entire team was fired without the exception of Barbara. My account was immediately inflated when the new team took over in Lithia Springs. Barbara claimed to be ignorant of the inflated fees to the point I had to get another administrator involved name Vainty from the Office on Highway 5. Vainty was only going by the figures Barbara was giving her. The same Barbara who was good at inflating numbers to keep her position. She made a comment that the Company would have to throw her out. I phoned the owner in July of 2025 to discuss my account, because every time I tried to meet with Vainty was unsuccessful. She was too busy, or wasn't in the Highway 5 Office. Also, if I left a message, she didn't return my call. She was instructed by Barbara after Eddie was fired that I owed $600, and came after me like a wolf. I knew that my payments were current, but paid $400, and then another &200. Now, I would phone the office asking for receipts, because they never provided them. I got frustrated trying to get straight answers out of these two ladies, because one was relying on the other one. The last conversation I had with Vainty was back in July 2025, where I wrote down verbatim her conversation regarding the payoff of the last note which was November 2025. While, Eddie was still employed there I had an issue with my vehicle, and he claimed making a repair that created a $700 bill.However, I had informed him that I was still having the same issues with excessive leaks and transmission that he claimed repairing. The vehicle is leaking like an uncontrollable faucet, braking several belts, purchasing fluids that consistently runs out that he told ne to keep a watch on. But, if he had his mechanic repaired the vehicle than I shouldn't still have the same issues.I can't get the vehicle fixed, because I'm still making payments. And, November of 2025 is my last payment, and then I can assumed the repairs that was supposed to already been done. I always paid $30 dollars over every since I had the vehicle, but those amounts seems to have disappeared in the dark somewhere. Moreover, the only regret I have was allowing Vain People To to assure that she could help me when I located the proper Owner of the Company. Nevertheless, I phoned Vainty today as of November 2025 to take my last payment, asking her if she had the extra set of keys and remote for my vehicle. I also asked her how much of the the additional fees I was sending was applied towards the $700. She replied by telling me that they wiped out the $700 repair fee,but I still owe $2000. I took her back to the conversation we had back in July, and quoted her words verbatim. I assured her that I have receipts of dates, time, and direct conversations. Therefore, I'm not about to continue playing conquer, and dividing games worked against me. The game stops here, so it seems like I will need to take this to another level unless the Owner of this Company gets involved. So, please be aware of your account, and make sure you're not being defrauded.

I would not give any stars but I had to. I would never recommend this place. I thought they would at least work with people especially when they just buy a car and not even two days later a window tears up then a day after they supposedly fixed it it goes bad again. Then when I had to take it again I had to get it towed plus they wanted to charge 223 for something when I haven't had the car but a week in half. They really are no good they just tell you what you want to hear just so you buy.

I've bought two vehicles here, and I've sent my kids up there as well. Eddie is great to deal with. Prices are reasonable just keep up your end of the deal and make your payments. It's a very easy process.
