Ride easy straight pass this unprofessional, rude , bad business man. I partly blame myself as the first sign of this was a shady place was their Internet was disconnected for non payment. The cars look good but under the hood not so much. Car started having problems within first 3 months. I paid carnotes on time and sometimes early while spending over 1000 trying to fix a major issue of the car stalling while driving(very unsafe). Took 6 months for him to register the car. Yes 6 months then got an attitude as I questioned him about it. This guy has major issues.
Worst experience ever. Bought a car from this place. First the car radio was locked. They insured me they would unlock the next day after purchase. It took two months for him to finally replace the radio which I had to pay half of. The car had at least 2 major issues and 3 minor right off the back. And in the same two months found out the motor had water in it. The owner was extremely rude as if I was wrong for addressing all the issues. Plus cars are over priced. I was in a situation with limited resources and was taken advantage of because i didn’t do my research.
SCAM, GRIFT, GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Bought a car cash from them and it overheated less than 30 days later with them claiming they wouldn't even entertain support as the car was sold "as-is". That's fine, however, I don't expect a reputable company's cars to suffer coolant leaks and non-start conditions within 30 days of purchase. Furthermore, the owner has little to no customer service skills, and results to getting aggressive to resolve conflicts often yelling and talking over people. He prides himself as being a black owned business which doesn't mean much if the business is an utter scam.
