Steve and John did a nice job taking their time and answering all of our questions. John did an excellent job showing us all of the features of our car before, during and after our test drive. He really sold the enclave to us and made our decision to purchase it rather than the Kia or Mazda we were considering very easy. Steve was easy to work with at arriving at an out the door price that worked for us.

very disappointed, let me set the table 1st. On September 6th I got an oil change there. Driving home that day my car indicator light came on the dash and read 'SERVICE ENGINE OIL LOW' so being alot closer to home i just checked the dipstick myself and to my surprise and confusion the dipstick had NO OIL on it. I went to Advanced Auto and just added it myself. I called the service department and told them this they wanted me to bring it back in. There was no leaks or anything else wrong they just didn't add the correct amount of oil. I brushed it off. Fast forward to February 26th, here's where things get a little sketchy i received another oil change, just prior to handing my key to the service writer that day, I told him what happened the last oil change I had. He tells me that's weird and he'll make sure that this doesn't happen again. I tell him "thank you so much, and I'm going to wait in the lounge" About 50 minutes go by (I'm in no hurry, just happy my car is getting serviced) he tells me that my car is done and it's parked just outside the door. I'm feeling good, my car looks great. Driving home the same thing happened, omg this is heartbreaking. I checked underneath the vehicle. No leaks looks like a new oil filter. I check the dipstick..dry!! I'm like why is this happening? I don't cause problems, I'm a happy go lucky, quiet kind of guy. I tell the service writer, I'm just going to do it again and I'll add the proper oil. The service writer did apologize and offer to fill up my oil bottles. I feel that's not the point. It's not good enough. And i really truly wanted everything to go well this day there, but it didn't. I wish them all the best, but I'm not going back there ever again.

I had to have my gmc vehicle towed to Cochran GMC. Met with Service Advisor Josh who was very kind and understanding with my issue, with me being a couple of hours from home and since I did not purchase my vehicle there. The issue was under vehicle warranty and was resolved efficiently and I was on my way within a few hours. Thanks to Josh and the Mechanic who took care of my issue. Cochran GMC definitely have employed great people!!!

Josh has helped me in the past two maintenance requests I've had, and made the experiences stress-free. Technicians do great work at Cochran, and without them i do not think my OTA radio issues would have been solved. They identified the issue and ordered a new one under warranty without hesitation. I always leave satisfied with the service i receive.
