After a few years of trying to find the right truck to fit my needs, I landed at Cochran kia in Robinson. This was by far the easiest car shopping experience I have had in a very long time. MJ was the most personable, friendliest (non) salesman. I was literally in and out in under 2 hours from the time I fell in love with the truck, signed and out the door! Such a good experience that my husband went the next day and bought a new car from them as well. My only regret is not going there to begin with.
My sales guy Jeff was an absolute legend making the process as easy as humanly possible. I’ve had bad experiences before being stuck at the dealership for the whole day. Not here did 99% the work straight from home showed up there left with my new car in an hour was fantastic and everyone is so nice and welcoming. This will not be my last time coming here for a car.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like a calm space. I met with Ron my first day when I was simply browsing my end of lease options. I was weighing the pros and cons of leasing new or buying used since my family was expanding. Ron was very transparent and honest when I asked his opinion, and I felt he really understood my situation and thought thoroughly as to what my best option would be. A few days later, when I returned to test drive a few vehicles, Katie was extremely helpful and engaging in the test drive. With us both being parents, she was well aware what vehicle features I would utilize more than others. When it came time for paperwork, Katie was great and patient working with me. She was very organized and efficient. She showed me the ins and outs of the Kia app, helped me submit my credit application, and reassured me that if there was anything I would need or a if I had a question, she was a call or text away. All in all, I felt so welcomed and heard. It was the best car buying/leasing experience.
