All I can say is great customer service. In need of a car I found one I liked at this dealership, and from first contact with Richard, my salesman, he went above and beyond. He sent me personalized videos of the car, and answered all questions I may have had. The experience only got better when I made it out there. Richard and Devin (financing) made it a quick and painless process finding the best rate and package that best fit my lifestyle and wallet. Great job!
Overall a pretty great experience. I was originally scheduled to have my car inspected on Dec. 30th, but they managed to get me rescheduled for Jan 2nd when the big snow storm hit. I dropped off my car and went about my day. They reached out with a video of my inspection, showing all of the major things they check, which was pretty cool. They also managed to get a recall repair added to my appointment same-day. When I got back, the car was clean and ready to go, with absolutely no hassles. I don't have a lot of experience with dealership service departments in my life, but I have a hard time imagining most of them are run this smoothly or pleasantly. I highly recommend, especially if your vehicle is under warranty or on a lease.
I was greeted by Adam who took me thru the process of buying or leasing a car of my choice. He was very patience and quite knowledgeable. We looked at colors and the different models. He explained all the features, answered all my financing questions, and finally help to set up my blue link. He spent as much time as I needed to make a decision. I was happy he was my salesman. I will be happy to recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting a Hyundai.
The service was efficient and thorough. Recommendations were well-explained and very reasonable; the accompanying video was extremely helpful. The waiting area was comfortable and relatively quiet. Because the waiting area is adjacent to the three service coordinators' stations, interactions with other customers were observable and the dozen or so that occurred during my wait were conducted professionally and in one difficult case, compassionately and effectively.
I was very pleased with the service I received on my inspection. It was timely and very friendly. Also my wait was not bad at all well within an hour. James was very nice and had my car ready for me when done so thank you and see you next year.
