First off, I inquired about a motorcycle on a snowy blizzard day, they were closed but Jamie was there clearing snow but took my phone call anyways and was very customer friendly with my inquiry. At that time, I placed a deposit to hold the motorcycle after we agreed on a final price. I did my own financing at my bank in Florida. Wasn't sure how easy it was all going to work out as for the actual buying process with the paperwork with being in Florida and the dealership being in Wisconsin but everyone at the dealership along with my bank in Florida made it a really smooth buying process from day one. They even setup the shipping of my motorcycle and had it delivered to me at my house in Florida a couple of weeks later. I am extremely happy with the condition of my motorcycle and the buying process. They are tremendously a very honest dealership and I'd definitely do business with Jamie's Customs again and again. I can't thank Jamie and his team enough.

Owner, Jaime himself was a very caring business owner and his love for motorcycles is terrific and was very apparent by the appearance of a meticulously maintained showroom. He does a lot to promote motorcycles and that I really liked about Jaime. He is a solid guy in my opinion. Nicole made my transaction painless and worry-free. She was thorough in eplaining all paperwork etc. Wonderful personality! Lastly, to sum it up, I couldn't be happier with my expierence. Thanks Jaime's customs & powersports I'm loving my new ride.
Walked in just to browse at some bikes and met Jamie for the first time. Was super nice and very knowledgeable telling what to look for and what to try and stay away from. He then gave me his card and put his personal number on it and said to call him anytime if I got any questions even if I'm looking elsewhere to buy and I'm unsure of something. Right there I was like this is where I'm gonna try to purchase my next bike from. Hopefully that will be real soon. I really respect his customer service he gave me.
I was searching for a 22 RG Apex paint, at the time there were only 2 in the country for sale. I reached out to Jamie's and Nicole answered. Working with her was amazing, Jamie and Nicole offered to do a virtual inspection. After talking with them I was confident I would be impressed. I purchased the MC but had to wait 2 weeks to fly up and get it. Upon arrival I was super impressed with their honesty and overall operation! If you see something you like on their website, I guarantee you won't be disappointed with what you get and the overall buying experiance! I don't need a 3rd scoot but when I do, I'll be checking to see what Jamie has and definitely reaching out to Nicole! Cheers
