Went to ACTION POWER SPORTS to make my purchase. Met up with one of their friendly staff named MICHAEL PETERSON. Michael was approachable, friendly and very helpful. Bought a victory octane cruiser and he made sure that the price was agreeable. During purchase, financing was great, fast and explained clearly. We got in contact with them to purchase yet another 450 Sportsman. My initial inquiry was through their website online Shelby S. Sent a message very quick after, maybe within 5 minutes. I told her we usually work with James and she got the message to him. James had Gil in sales contact me. Gil was very nice to work with and professional all while having the answers to all of my questions. Alejandro in finace got to work on processing the approval for a loan and called me with questions and to get a few things figured out. We reached out to see if there were any extra rebates or anything they could offer and James called to go over all of that like always and what was currently being offered on machines. We said we would like to buy and they informed us they needed to get it coming from the warehouse but could still have it there that day. We got there early to do paperwork and maybe shop around a little more. Which we did and found a 2nd machine we wanted to purchase. The same group got to work on loan approval and things and it all went VERY smooth. We went home with 2 brand new ATV's yesterday thanks to them being so efficient and so great to work with. We always like coming here and working with James and whoever he has us talk; to but yesterday was even more than we expected. Thanks to all 3 of them for their time and attention to detail. Also a thanks to Skylar in accessories going over what can be added and Carter in service for giving us clear direction on maintenance needs.
