I met Mike 6 months ago inquiring about a Can-Am Defender HD9 full cab side-by-side. He worked up an out-the-door price for us and I told him I would have to think about it and get back to him. There was no pressure for a sale. Jumping ahead to the present, I brought my son, John to meet Mike and he purchased a Honda Pioneer 700 SxS fully enclosed with soft sides and heat. Mike kept us informed as to when the parts were coming in so we could build this unit. My son loves the unit and there were no surprises. A week later, we met Mike again and he had a Can-Am Defender HD10 DPS in stock and we purchased it. Again, there was no pressure for a sale and Mike did everything in his power to accommodate myself and my son with these two sales. All questions were answered. Accessories were purchased with a discount and we were given installation guidance. We would very highly recommend Mike Gleeson as a sales representative for Dutchess Recreational Vehicles.
Love this place everybody in there is wonderful making my mind and experience very easy will be buying from them again in the future. Very knowledgeable easy to work with just can’t say enough great things about their establishment. Got my ninja from DRV about 2 years ago bike runs perfectly never had no problems with it. It was in phenomenal condition. I cannot wait to get my next bike from there.
The whole process was stress free from start to finish, Morgan walked me through the process of buying a Honda Rancher with a plow attachment and ultimately made the experience 1000x better. I was updated on the installation work done and the delivery timeframe often. Delivery was on time as promised and the gentleman unloading it was thorough and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend DRV and will definitely come back for some more toys in the future.
