Bought an awesome bike while getting a great deal! Helpful staff overall very satisfied with the buying process. I took my sportbike for its first service today and was told exactly what they were going to do and a precise eta and price on the completion of the service. RJ is a great Salesman! I moved from NY to CT so I did all my communication via text and/or email. RJ was detailed and made my experience very enjoyable. George in Finance was the closer on the deal. He made everything work out. He just didn’t have me sign papers but actually had a great conversation about where he rides and his love for North American Warehorse and this crazy hobby we are all in. I hope to get out and ride with him:) when I walked in the door for the first time last December, I knew I wanted to buy my next SXS from them. Their staff in Service are fantastic and their parts guys are great too. I am a customer for life and will drive 2-1/2 hours to do business with them. Greetings. I live in NY but purchased my bike from North American Warhouse. Not only does this place look spot on from the outside, walking into the building feels no less than a mall full of bikes. RJ and Richard, who had handled all of my paperwork, were amazing and I truly felt comfortable in their presence. Because I live in NY, there were some extra paperwork that needed to be completed. Therefore, I sat down with Richard in his office as he properly explained the procedure of purchasing a bike out of state to me, including any extra information as well. Long story short- I left PA with Temporary PA plates and the team at North American Warhorse assured me that they will finish all of the necessary paperwork and I will receive my NY plates by mail before my temp plates expire. Thank you so much guys, I got my plates in mail today and I am super excited to ride with official plates! I have purchased a bike before from another dealership and I don't think for my next purchase (whenever that may be) I would want to go anywhere else but at North American Warhorse!
