Tyler went above and beyond to assist me with troubleshooting and replacing a winch on my ATV. After testing my old winch and finding it faulty, he took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find a replacement winch, and explained in depth how to complete the new install. Anthony also spent time dissecting the old winch to explain how and why it had failed. I highly recommend contacting Tyler and Anthony for any service and parts, as they are honest and want to help fix the problem. They helped me save a significant amount of money and allowed me to have my plow system back up and running promptly.
On a recent trip up to Harbor Springs, we stopped in with some questions about the local SXS trails and regulations. We weren't paying customers but that didn't stop them from helping us out. The info they shared with us helped us a ton and made our trips out to the trails much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them. We will consider County Wide Powersports for any future purchases we make.
