I was in the market for a bike and bike shopping isn’t easy. If you know, you know! Ryan was so patient with me as I tried out several bikes over several trips to the store. I had wanted a Honda Rebel for the longest time, I emailed him and he pulled out the bike but when I tried it, it wasn’t for me but that wasn’t the end of it. He listened as I told him my expectations, wants and needs out of a bike. He answered all my questions with his wealth of knowledge and if he didn’t know something he was sure to find out. He stuck with me until I finally found my baby. The finance manager was amazing as well, he made the financial part of everything smooth and easy. The shop guys and the parts and service guys were also great they helped me find the right gear! I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are but you have to experience it for yourself. Thank you so much guys, I love my new baby. You have earned my family and I’s business for life!

Just drove 11.5 hours with an empty trailer from Virginia to Urbana to pick up a pre-owned Triumph Tiger 1050. I was sent numerous pictures and a video prior to my placing a deposit. The pictures and video supplied seemed fine for a used bike. No surprises. Scuffs and scratches. Nothing major. Before I placed the deposit, I specifically asked if the bike was "rough" or showed and signs of being dropped or crashed. I was told there was no damage and no signs of it having been dropped or crashed. I was told the paint was not perfect and that it wasn't a "creme puff" but it was really nice. Made the journey today. Met Brian in F&I (nice dude), "the manager" (I've forgotten his name) was nice enough, but not surprised, and Ryan (my "salesperson"- was not available at the time of my arrival). Upon arrival I found the front forks had been leaking (seals may have been replaced before my arrival), but there was fork oil all over the front wheel, the right caliper, rotor and pads. No attempt to be cleaned. Handlebars bent, right side case carrier broken/taped/zip tied, left side of tank has been welded or JB welded, left rear turn signal mount broken. The bike was also covered in mud and was generally dirty. I know nothing will get my time back. Im not upset about the hours of driving. I'd be this dossapointed had I driven across town. I felt as though this were simply a transaction to them. You can easily tell these folks don't ride and don't care about motorcycles or the community. Think trashy sleezy car dealer. Stay away. Don't ignore the 1 star reviews like I did. 11.5 hours.... one way.

Went to look at UTV's. The one we wanted to see was behind the parts counter, in their second warehouse with almost no lighting, blocked by 10 other vehicles so tightly you couldn't even open the doors and inspect the thing. That was after crawling over a pile of tires and boxes to even get to the front of it. It was very disorganized and every building we went to was in equal shape. Salesman was hopefully new because he knew nothing. I said okay I know what it should be, that's still what we want, ring us up. Turns out they hide over $2000 worth of fees! A $300 record keeping fee and $1900 freight and setup fee... that's a 15% increase! I looked at the next closest Honda dealer and they list right on the ad what their fees were, and they were half the cost. I asked for only $200 off just because their fees were so high and they said no so I walked away. No big deal. Just felt like if they don't try to work with us on those fees/price that they didn't really care for us as customers or want to make a sale. Day later they text and asked if I was still interested, I said sure...if you want to take the $200 off now. They again said no and also..."remember how that one had a roof?....turns out that doesn't come with the unit so it's actually more money now." What a punch to the D move. About the same experience 20 years ago when they wouldn't service my other Honda equipment I had at the time...back then they were Sportland Motorsports.

I purchased a new 4 wheeler here and had a very good experience with them. My sales representative, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. The finance manager was awesome, answered all my questions and was very helpful in getting me the financing I wanted. The GM was very professional and helpful. My overall experience here was outstanding, and I will likely return in the spring to look at getting an Enduro motorcycle. I highly recommend World of Motorsports in Urbana.

I want to get a 4x4 to use on the farm and to use deer hunting. John Ducey assisted me in finding the best one. Price was good too.
