Getting a long riding in today and decided to stop inside. Multiple workers, some of them even made eye contact and then looked away! Not one greeting during the 5-10 minutes I spent inside. HD is already declining in sales. The customer service at this location isn’t helping!!! Sad!!!
I drove here from Wilmington NC to buy the Low Rider ST El Diablo. Nick the finance manager was super helpful and Tom the salesman was also thoroughly knowledgeable about the bike. He introduced me to Quinton the tech, he went over all the how to stuff. It's getting very rare to find a Mom and Pop Harley dealership in the US anymore.
I was referred Workman to take my bike to. I took it in on a Saturday for two new tires and an oil change. Was surprised that everybody that worked there were very friendly and helpful and made you feel like family. It was the middle of summer and I assumed it would take a week or so to be ready. Was very happy that they called in two and a half days to tell me it was done. As I went back to get it every one was as friendly as the first time. I will recommend Workman hands down.
Recently purchased a used bike, rode over 600 miles to get it. I made an appointment to do paperwork, etc. I had to wait over an hour to meet with anyone. The process went fairly well. I asked about the recalls days before I picked up the bike and was told there were none on the bike. Unfortunately the bike had 2 recalls on it when I logged it into the Harley app. I had to take it to my local dealership to fix after I returned home. They verified that the recalls had never been done. Again, a fair experience, but would have appreciated the recalls to be completed before purchase, or at least had them look them up and be honest with me about them.
My wife and I drove 5 hours to Workman Harley because they had a used bike on their website that I was interested in. After speaking with Tom on the phone I just had the feeling that he was an honest guy and it was worth taking a chance and making the long drive. The entire experience was fantastic, everyone we spoke to at the dealership was super friendly and seemed to really care about making sure we were comfortable. I can't praise this place enough, if I ever buy another bike I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive again! 👍
