This place is 6 stars! Dealing with this family owned practice has me feeling like I am part of their family. Ron, Karen and Matt have been responsive, kind and sincerely caring and above all superbly knowledgeable. They have a forever customer out of me. Cant say enough good things about this place. I just bought my second machine from them and they took care of me both times. I am much closer to 2 other dealers with the same equipment but I will continue to come here.
Drove almost 2 hours from home for a service appointment that was scheduled over a month in advance to give this place a shot at my business. Needed an oil change and a new rear tire on my Slingshot SL. When I set the appointment I was not given a specific time just a date. I arrived at approximately 11:15am as the store closes at 2pm on Saturdays thought I was right on time. I was then “greeted” at the service department by a woman who was very annoyed by my presence. She didn’t even say hello to me and when I asked where the service department was she pointed at the desk she was standing and said: “yea, it’s here.” Not 1 customer service bone in her body. She literally treated me as if I wasn’t about to shell out nearly $500 for a single tire and oil change and I couldn’t stomach giving this place my money. As someone who has been in customer service roles for years I can’t even imagine running a business with a person like this representing the culture of a retail/service store of any kind. Lesson learned! I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone if you want to feel like you are appreciated for your business. You could find better service at Guantanamo Bay.
Purchased a 2024 Polaris 570 Premium for my husband's surprise birthday party. The first time I went in, I was helped by a young lady who turned out to be the owner's daughter. She was super helpful and patient and gave all info needed to make my decision. I returned to compete the purchase about a week later and dealt with her, her mother and father. All were friendly, informative and helpful. They made sure the delivery was made to accommodate the surprise and when we returned to the shop later for accessories were very helpful and honest again about what would work and be the best choices. We would recommend them to ANYONE! (P.S. I shopped around on the internet and was unable to beat their pricing either!)
