On floor bike didn’t have specs I wanted. Placed order for the bike I wanted. Though it took a while, I was kept up to date by Will. When the bike arrived they assembled it that day and had it ready for pickup. Great experience.

I purchased my first motorcycle from them last Saturday, a new Himalayan 450. The pricing seemed reasonable compared to other local dealers. They didn’t mess me around trying to schmooze me on extended warranties or services aside from the offer. Kira was professional and helpful. I visited once prior to see the bike and she was willing to double check the seat height and fire it up for me. I did not get a pushy vibe and I’m the type of customer that really appreciates that. I generally do a lot of research and more or less know what I want. I was allowed to leave and come back and buy the bike I wanted. My only complaint is that I did move money around specifically to purchase the bike outright, no flex, I just wanted it to be easy and it’s a cheaper end bike. I was surprised to learn they would not take the payment in full using my check card because they’ve apparently had issues with folks trying to dispute charges on cards before? My brother was with me and, during the process, he called another dealer who told him as a practice that sounds crazy, take them money and get the sale. It didn’t sour the whole experience but only being allowed to put $2500 down and having to finance the rest did make me feel like there was potential for for an attempt at marking up the interest rate, “dealer reserve,” and required me to have to do additional research and request some proof that was not happening. I don’t like that sort of interaction but ultimately I feel like my research of the legal landscape in 2025 and the explanations they provided left me relatively certain I was not being taken advantage of. Financing also slowed the process down some since I was not prepared to provide 30 days worth of bills and digging through my email, google drive and online bill pay to find which are in my name vs my partner’s took time. Again, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, but I elaborate here on the negative as it may help folks be better prepared than I was to be able to better enjoy the process. They also shared their pizza with my brother and I and happily filled the gas tank up when I requested it. ^__^

I had an amazing experience here! I walked in looking for a super meteor 650 and Brent went above and beyond to make the process very easy, transparent and stress free.
