Purchasing my 4 wheeler today was seamless, Eddie had my paperwork ready for me when I walked in the door. I highly recommend Wise Honda! I recently purchased a 2025 Pioneer 1000-5 Trail from them, and the experience was fantastic. Both Eddie and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not only did they have the best price in the DFW area, but the process was super quick and easy. There was no “let me go talk to my manager” back and forth like I experienced at other dealerships just to come back to me with full retail MSRP.
I'm working on multiple projects for multiple organizations. One such org is in search of a good, long-lasting generator. I stopped in here after MUCH research to take a look at the cost and feel, because so much of my research couldn't be done with real equipment to inspect. THIS TEAM ROCKS! Brought some go carts and zero turn mower in for service, found out the zero turn was nothing but a big paper weight and started looking for a new mower. Found an Ariens mower that would fit our needs and the sales team was very knowledgeable and helpful along the way. Then we decided we needed a new side by side (this is still the same visit) and they worked us a deal for both and now well…. We have both. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair, I’ll keep my money local and deal with these guys!!!
Thought I would buy a mower from Wise Honda because it was local and has been a nightmare ever since. Bought a brand new 2024 Scag Cheetah 2 for around 15,000 thinking it would be a good quality mower. 3 hours in to using it, I find out that the fuel gauges are not even close to reading right. I take it up there and they tell me it would be 2 weeks, and I had to say something to the worker about needing it quicker as I do mowing as a side hustle. Still turned out to be 5 days which isn’t a bad turn around. Still very inconvenient. Next 3 hours I realize the mower deck was very unlevel. It was off by 3/4 inch on one side in comparison to the other side. I take it up there and i’m out of using a mower for almost another week. Oh and not to mention the fuel gauge was still off when I got it back. It’s very frustrating to deal with this and wouldn’t recommend buying a mower here. On the bright side, Mike the salesman was great and very informative.
