I took my Landpride zero turn lawnmower to Wilson’s Dec 2024. They did not look at until I called to check on it in late March. My mower had a lot of little problems but the big one is that it would not turn over at all. I asked that they let me know if it was worth repairing. They finally got back to me in late April that it cranks fine. No problems. Just needed the carburetor cleaned. I gave the go ahead on the other issues—including a new seat because mine was broken (over $200). Called me in June that it was ready. They had my lawnmower for 6 months. It was $730. We used it 1 time. I was using it the 2nd time and it just stopped running like it was out of gas. (Two full tanks). Will not turn over. Same issue that I took it in for. I am out $730 and still no mower.

2nd tractor I’ve bought here. Best place around. While there the owner came up and greeted me and was very nice. Hannon who sold me my tractor went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. Even with everything being backed up and out of stock everywhere they delivered. If I ever buy a 3rd it will be here. Best price. Best service. All around great place to do business with.
I have had very poor luck with this place. Bought several attachments including a 6' tiller. First time I used it the oil leaked out of it. Had to have it repaired at my expense as it was not the gearbox but the shaft seal and that is not covered. To add insult to injury, after waiting almost 6 weeks for parts to come in, they used my ordered parts on another customers tiller. So they had to reorder my parts. Then I called about a Land Pride 7' Fishing mower. Told they had 2 in stock. Agreed on a price. Texted to find out when it would be ready and for me to pick it up...found out they actually did not have any, but would call me with ASAP after talking to supplier. Well, that was Friday. This is Monday afternoon and no call. Texted and found out saleman busy but will get to it. I texted I will find another place to do business with. Moving on from Wilson Tractor.
I haven't bought a tractor from these folks yet but they came very well recommended. From what I've been told they really stand behind anything they sell . And they are locally owned by a highly well known family in the community. Word of mouth to me means why more than a lot of high dollar sales advertising.
