We had a wonderful experience purchasing a Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 with Jake! He answered all of our questions and helped me understand that the bike my husband currently had wasn’t the best fit for him. I was not on board for this purchase but he was able to change my mind! We recently brought the bike back for the 300 mile check and our friend Jake was happy to see us. He has been so helpful from answering questions, loading and unloading bikes to giving us a great recommendation on where to have lunch in Xenia. I purchased my first motorcycle here, a 2007 Honda Shadow VLX 600 and I was very glad that I did. Jake did not pressure me at all, and he answered all of my questions. I don't know very much about motorcycles but wanted to learn so I can ride with my wife. Jake was able to help me figure out the most appropriate bikes based on my limited comments and preferences. He also went over different helmet styles and stressed the safety features and convenient options - very helpful. He arranged for some time at an empty lot to help increase my confidence with the bike, and helped load it on to my truck. I plan to go to him for service issues, they are very supportive of their customers.
We got a great bike from Williams vintage cycle. Very pleased with the purchase. Everything was as expected and the bike made the 2 1/2 hr ride home flawlessly without issue. The only thing I didn’t love is that there was no room for negotiations on the price, but, it was priced fair to begin with and they did make the purchase very easy in other ways! Thank you for selling us a bike that my husband was able to safely ride back without concern. We’re very happy customers!! Just awaiting the title to arrive in the mail.
