Helped get me on a 15 ultra limited after my 2010 ultra classic got totaled by a deer. Extremely patient and helpful. Larry was awesome and Tim did great for me in finance. The service department was also great in helping with the insurance adjuster while I was at work. Great team here in mentor ohio. I will be back.
Loved this location! The layout of the store is nice, the people were really nice. The was a good blend of apparel and gear for both men and women which was nice to see. They have the largest patch collection of any Harley dealership I’ve been in and the selection had me cracking up! Overall great experience! I look forward to stopping in when I’m in the area again in the future!
The wife and I were out riding around on Saturday 9/20/25 when I started having issues with my clutch and shifting upon the short ride to Western reserve to see if I could get it looked at the service manager Shane came out saw that when my new clutch cable was installed it wasn't adjusted properly he went and grabbed a couple tools came out and fixed it in 5 minutes and we were back on the road I asked him what we owed and he said we owe nothing have a nice afternoon I highly suggest this dealership and their service department we will definitely do more business with them in the near future.
I will never speak poorly about this dealership again. Larry and Luke were amazing. Larry worked hard for me, and he had my back. For a great bike, great communication, next day delivery, and even though one person there was kinda negative, I would buy there again. I plan on buying a ton in accessories and parts there. Thanks again
It was a very nice establishment They don't over charge you on bikes the way Madriver charges over MSRP....and the rest of the chain of Dealership's they own...you want a nice bike come to Western Reserve Harley Davidson and get what you pay for, not some hidden Fee.....or charge...I would drive the extra mile to save on the Almighty Dollar....!!
