Waite Motorsports has been selling Polaris products for the past 16 years and was first located in Watertown, New York along with its sister store, Waite Toyota. After taking on the Victory Motorcycle line in 1999 we decided to make the move to a new building in Adams Center, NY. We are authorized dealers for Polaris, Indian Motorcycle, Slingshot, GEM and Triton Trailers. We offer a full parts and service department for each, and also service other makes.

After contacting three other dealers and being yanked around. We made the hour and half trip to Waite based off other customers recommendations. Best decision We ever made. Explained everything, financing verses rebates. Answered all our questions truthfully. Very happy! Update: just took our brother in law up there and he too bought a 2 door Polaris ranger. He is very happy with purchase too.
There are other Indian dealers I could take my Indian bikes to. I chose Waite due to the staff. They are always professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly (not the fake I want to sell you something friendly). When I take my motorcycles there for service I know that they are doing it right. I never feel pressured to buy, upgrade, or add extras to my service. Bottom line, I trust the staff at Waite to treat me and my bikes right every time. As a side note, I have tried other Indian dealers within 100 miles of me. Lets just say it cost me more money when the other dealer damaged my bike on a simple oil change (other not mentioning name dealer). I take my Indian motorcycles to Waite for all my service needs now. No one is perfect, but Waite's strives to be their best.
Purchased this for my son. Waite Motorsports was very helpful and fast with any questions or concerns I had. They delivered the following business day then made a return trip the next day to reset the Youth Menu PIN so speed and safety features could be adjusted to for our son. Overall I am very pleased with the experience and support we received on this purchase. We will be returning when it's time for next ATV purchase.
